He was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, and then some, for the price he quoted and left the site totally transformed. I will be hiring him again in the future.”

“We had Curttis take down about 10 big trees near our house and mulch all of the undergrowth behind our house up to the creek line , as much as I’ve been wanting to clear out trees, thick woods Curttis made it a super easy process for us. “We bought a piece of property that we knew was going to be a lot of work. Hilly, extremely rocky, and absolutely full of 2-3yr old low growth pines on all 30 acres. After speaking with four other companies for land clearing, I called Curtis at Palmetto Land Services to come quote the job. He showed up on time and gave a very competitively-priced quote. The thing that differentiated him from the others was 1) he didn’t shy away from the scale and complexity of the project and 2) he could see the vision for the place. Two of the other contractors quoting the job just flat out said “no”, and I’m glad they were honest about it because it was a huge project. When Curtis first showed up, I had no idea what the right course of action was due to the tree and vegetation density. Curtis took the time to walk the whole property, get a good idea of the topography, water movement, and soil type of my land. In the first 20 minutes, we’d already made more progress than my first 20 days of walking the land and solo-planning. Fast forward a month, and Curtis has transformed a mess of an overgrown property into something our family hopes to call home for generations. Thanks to him and his crew, we’re ready to build our home on an amazing pad that took moving heaven and earth to build. I can’t even count the number of large boulders they pulled out of the ground to make the pad stable and compact. Looking back on the project, I wouldn’t want anyone else doing this work.
